Mood List


EMOTIONS TO ADD SOPHISTICATION AND DEPTH OF CHARACTERIZATION.  Put a list of FIVE on your mirror and brush your teeth in a “mood.”   OR take a shower or shave or comb your hair in a different “mood.”

Practice  FIVE different ones each day and then you are an “expert” at changing moods and making them more powerful and colorful!!
